This was a night where everybody made whatever they wanted and I was so thrilled to see the spread that was served. Traditional cured eel, pates, sprouts, sliced homemade bread, Danish beer, Danish Schnapps (that tastes like caraway seeds) a very special drink of Denmark, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snaps. And for the teenage boy of the house? A cheeseburger! Definitely after my own heart! I so enjoyed the sitting around the table! They are a lovely family and I am so happy to now be a partJ
