Okay! SO today was an AWESOME New England day! Beautiful weather and lunch with old/new friends! I have never been to this place but mark my words...If your in the neighborhood this place is a MUST TRY.

We ate Lobsters, Fried WHOLE BELLY CLAMS (this is kind of important to me, if you order the clam strips, in my opinion...Its like eating deep fried strips of rubber), Fish and Chips and onion rings...I may not even eat dinner. This is a major feat for me:)

I've decided since my kitchen is empty and I'm eating out a lot, I am going to start with the amazing food we have right here in our backyard. Tonight, I went to Texas Roadhouse which sadly is in everyone's backyard but also gladly in everyone's backyard. My first time there, love all the peanuts on the floor, tremendous crew etc. But the fried pickles...the fried pickles people...I cannot even describe. They may even possibly have got the Colonel's Secret Recipe (weird reference, yes) but they had great flavor great crunch and a sour juicy dill pickle inside!!!! So yummy I couldn't believe it! Prime rib, great too but the pickles...Holy Cow the pickles:)

Have a great night and for the love of pickles get to your nearest venue and try some!!

So I am new to this posting stuff and I guess I missed some of it...So I'm adding it now. The reasoning behind it all!

First and foremost, life liberty and the pursuit of happiness!!
Second - This is my version of weight watchers, if I have to get some exercise then I'd rather strap a backpack on and see the world. Frankly if I had to count the points for a wedge of "Taleggio" I would DIE!!!
Third, WHY NOT???

Probably too many more to count...If this doesn't work for you, ask me for some more! Have a tremendous day!!!
Allright folks! The journey countdown begins today... Most of my things are sold, my backpack is on the way to getting packed and I am one month away from wherever the wind is blowing me! I find it so very profound in this world to decide you want to do something like this and then somehow, someway...make it happen!
